|WHAT:||“Adherence as part of a commercial strategy: How to create value through communication and co-ordination, leading to better relationships with patients”
This presentation will include information that demonstrates how the analysis of real-life, in-office dialogue between patients and physicians is critical to revealing concrete and specific recommendations for improving patient adherence. Using real-world examples from Verilogue‘s Nationwide Point-of-Practice database, the presentation will highlight conversations between physicians and patients around two of the most challenging patient adherence categories – pain management and diabetes – to illustrate how brand teams can adjust marketing efforts to overcome the adherence challenge. Through the analysis of patient-physician dialogue, attendees will learn not only how to identify the three stages of adherence, but also how to improve delivery of critical information relating to patient adherence and ultimately improve the patient-physician relationship.
