
Client Services Manager
Our Client Services group conducts and delivers market research projects based on our extensive database of physician-patient conversations. In doing so, we apply various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to deliver deep insights about disease education, treatment selection and emotional drivers of physician-patient behavior. Verilogue is seeking a Client Services Manager with healthcare market research experience to conduct and oversee all aspects of our dialogue based market research projects.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Derive and analyze physician-patient insights to answer client-specific research objectives
- Create and deliver strategic reports and presentations
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships through delivery of superior customer insights
- Support multiple client projects and on-going selling efforts
- Coordinate with internal and external research partners
- Participate in product development and corporate strategy meetings
Key Competencies
- Ability to manage and lead market research and/or marketing projects
- Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize, handle and oversee projects from inception through completion
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational and relationship building skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with processes for conducting qualitative and quantitative projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of a four (4) year degree is required
- Three or more years experience managing and leading market research and/or marketing projects is required
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions is desirable
- Experience in sales is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
