
Client Services Director
Our Client Services group conducts and delivers market research projects based on our extensive database of physician-patient conversations. In doing so, we apply various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to deliver deep insights about disease education, treatment selection and emotional drivers of physician-patient behavior. Verilogue is seeking a Client Services Director with extensive market research experience to manage a set of target accounts. The Director is responsible for project delivery and business development while managing a team of Client Services Managers and Analysts and working alongside Business Development Directors and Managers.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Lead the sales effort as part of a team to sell new clients and up sell existing clients
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships through delivery of superior customer insights
- Lead client projects
- Manage and train other team members
- Create and deliver reports and presentations that address client issues
- Participate in product development and corporate strategy meetings
Key Competencies
- Demonstrated selling and sales support skills
- Ability to manage and lead market research and/or marketing projects
- Proven project management skills with the ability to design, conduct and deliver multiple qualitative and quantitative projects under tight deadlines
- Leadership skills within a group and the ability to manage, coach and develop others
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proven relationship building and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with linguistic and/or ethnography research experience is desirable
Qualifications
- Minimum of a four (4) year degree is required
- Eight or more years experience managing and leading market research and/or marketing projects is required
- Selling experience is required
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions is preferred, but not required
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical company is desirable
Compensation and Benefits
