Carolyn Reed joined Verilogue’s Client Services team in 2012 and currently leads the company’s linguistic practice. Carolyn has over 8 years of experience addressing strategic challenges in the pharmaceutical, financial services, higher education, and consumer goods verticals. She draws on discourse, narrative, and ethnographic analytic methods to help client partners navigate the ambiguity and complexity of human-centric innovation.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Spanish from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and a Master of Arts in Language and Communication from Georgetown University.
