Rich Mankovich joined Verilogue in 2010 and is the Vice President of Client Services with extensive management, business development and marketing research experience. For the most recent twelve years, Rich pursued his entrepreneurial spirit in multiple start-up and mid-size growth companies serving in senior management positions including Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer, each role resulting in significantly increased consulting revenue. Rich began his career with nine years of fortune 500 consulting specializing in healthcare and consulting management.
Rich graduated at the top of his Villanova Master’s in Business Administration class which culminated in receipt of the Bartlett Medallion award for personal character and excellence in business education. Rich originally hails from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and perhaps most importantly loves his wife and two daughters.
Jamison Barnett is a co-founder of Verilogue and currently serves as CTO and Vice President of New Product Development. In these roles he leads the company’s technology development, computational linguistic efforts, and network agency collaborations. He has over 10 years of pharmaceutical market research experience; leading a variety of quantitative, qualitative, primary, and secondary research studies.
Prior to starting Verilogue, Jamison led market research activities within the institutional channel for Abilify at Bristol Myers Squibb. Jamison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Randolph-Macon College and a Masters of Science degree in Operations Research from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Matt Patras joined Verilogue as the Vice President of Finance in 2011. Matt has nearly 15 years of experience in financial operations and management in various organizations ranging from fortune 500 companies to small venture backed organizations. Matt started his career at KPMG spending nearly 5 years performing financial audits on mid-sized public companies. These companies covered a wide range of industries including software, manufacturing, retail, and hi-tech development. Matt then moved on to serve 7 years as the Vice President of Finance and Land Development for Pulte Homes, the largest national homebuilder in America, overseeing all finance, legal, HR, and land issues for the Delaware Valley Area.
Matt received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and received his CPA license from the state of Pennsylvania (Active from 2003-2006).
Jim Hickey joined Verilogue in 2007, early in the company’s history. As the first member of Verilogue’s Client Services group, Jim worked over the years to shape Verilogue’s approaches to gathering insights from conversation data and sharing them in meaningful ways. From the very beginning of his journey with Verilogue, Jim was fascinated by the company’s simple and elegant solution to the essential question “what takes place in the office visit discussion among physicians and patients?” Jim currently manages Verilogue’s group of linguists and analysts and remains a passionate advocate for the value of observational research and deep customer insights.
Jim has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research and has held a variety of different positions involving qualitative and quantitative techniques. He worked at companies including Genactis, Wyeth, TargetRx and Ziment Associates. Jim holds degrees in Marketing, International Business and Russian Language from The Pennsylvania State University. At home, Jim is a loving husband and father of four beautiful children.
Bill Petitto joined Verilogue in 2009 and is the Vice President of Business Development. He brings 10+ years of marketing research, marketing, business development and management experience to the team. Prior to joining Verilogue, Bill spent 4 years moderating and managing both qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects to address clients strategic business needs.
Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Marketing from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.
Ryan Orr joined Verilogue as the third employee in 2006. As Vice President of Application Development, he is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Verilogue’s suite of enterprise applications. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market research industry and over 15 years of experience in software development and technical architecture.
Prior to joining Verilogue, Ryan was a Manager of Production Technology at TargetRx, Inc. He has also served as a technical business consultant with Arthur Anderson and SMART and Associates across a number of industries. Ryan holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
